Processing of Personal Data

The data recipient (hereinafter the “User”), by filling in the fields in the online order (connection order) and ticking the box about permission on the website https://sendon.сom.ua (hereinafter the “Website”), consents to the processing of his/her personal data by SendOn (hereinafter the “Company”) in accordance with Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No.2297-VI dated 01.06.2010 (hereinafter the “Law”).

The User grants the Company consent to the processing of his/her personal data: information on surname, name and patronymic, email, contact phone number, company’s name, company’s website, monthly turnover, project data, as well as to their use, in particular in accordance with the Company’s professional or official or employment duties and actions to protect personal data and transfer it to third parties in accordance with the Law.

The purpose of processing the user’s personal data by the Company is to analyze data to decide on the provision of the Company’s services, to offer a full range of services, and other purposes that do not contradict the Law. The consent has no expiration date and may be withdrawn by the User at any time. In case of withdrawal of the consent, the Company undertakes to delete all personal information of the User that it possesses. The User may send a message to [email protected] with a request to delete personal data, indicating which data should be deleted.
